When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse in Melbourne within same business day if ordered before 12pm. All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

  • Standard Shipping: Allow 3-4 business days (Metro), 5-7 business days (Regional) or 8-10 business days (Remote).
  • Express Shipping: If you are in a hurry, pick express shipping at checkout for a delivery within 2 business days. 
  • Overnight Shipping: for extra speedy service, pick overnight delivery at checkout.

Please note that shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other Australia Post or StarTrack delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Maison Mabe's reasonable control.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been processed. 

My order is a gift - how can I make it extra special?

Please select “This is a gift” at checkout and include a personal gift message. We will hand write your message on a card and place it with your gift. Rest assured that we will not include any receipts or price details with your gift.

How is my order packed?

We offer two packaging options. All orders come gift wrap in our beautiful tissue paper and protected in either a cardboard box or an eco-friendly envelop.
If you are feeling a little bit fancy or would like to make this order a gift, we recommend selecting a Gift Box in our gift boxes selection. All gift boxes comes with our deluxe Signature Gift Box.
Note that all our packaging is made with recycled materials and is fully recyclable.

Can I get my order to arrive on a specific day?

Specify this in the notes at checkout or drop us an email at hello@maisonmabe.com.au and we will make sure that your special gift is shipped at the right time.

I entered my shipping address incorrectly. What should I do?

There is a small window to get your shipping address corrected after you have placed your order. Simply send in an email at hello@maisonmabe.com.au with your order number and correct shipping address and we will aim to update your information right away.

How can I return my purchase?

We hope that you will love and treasure your Maison Mabe order, however if something isn't quite right, please contact us. We have a 30-day free return policy and offer free exchange on our T-shirt range. 

Please note that for food safety reasons we are unable to accept return of our Skincare, Herbal Teas and Cookie range. 

Under no circumstances will customised products be accepted for return due to change of mind. We do not refund or exchange customised products unless the item is faulty as a result of manufacture.

Jewellery purchased from our store comes with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults and defects. It does not cover accidental breakage and general wear and tear, such as scratched, tarnished or faded jewellery.
